CPM Student Midwife

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Currently enrolled in a midwifery educational program

● Current BLS and NRP certifications

● Self-directed and committed to providing superior care and education to Andaluz Waterbirth Center families

DESCRIPTION:

The Student Midwife works directly with our experienced midwives to develop skills necessary for midwifery licensure.

The Student Midwife assists the midwife providers in prenatal, intrapartum , and postpartum care, including attending regular clinic days, assisting in medical documentation, and maintaining cleanliness of the birth center. The Student Midwife must also attend and participate in monthly meeting, training, and drills

This is an non-paid position.
