In-House IBCLC Support Now Available!



Beth Waters, IBCLC has joined Andaluz as a provider partner to bring expert in-house lactation support to our clients!

Beth is available for both office visits at Andaluz, and home visits for out clients. She also offers prenatal visits to help you prepare for breastfeeding.



About Beth

Beth Waters is an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant, a Certified Postpartum Doula, and a Co-Sleeping/Gentle Sleep Consultant.

Beth is passionate about supporting families through their lactation and postpartum journey. She has over 10 years of lactation consulting experience working with all types of families from all different backgrounds.

She completed college courses at University of California, Santa Barbara, and was trained through Healthy Children/Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine as a Certified Lactation Counselor in 2011. She worked as a CLC in the community helping families and teaching breastfeeding classes. In 2016 she became an Accredited La Leche League Leader and over the next 4 years complete 1000 clinical hours working with diverse families. In 2016 she also became a Certified Postpartum Doula through Cornerstone and began helping families in their homes heal from birth and learn to care for their new babies. In 2019 she became an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant and began working in private practice. In 2022 she trained with Lindsey Hookway to become a Gentle Sleep Consultant.

Beth is a mom of two teen boys. She homeschools (one is now in high school) and practices gentle parenting. She is a passionate advocate for trans and autistic youth. She has 2 cats and a dog, enjoys playing music, singing, writing songs, painting, and practices Vedic meditation and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She’s also a singer/songwriter with published albums under “Beth Waters.”

Beth’s lactation specialties include:

  • Tethered Oral Tissues (TOTS) evaluation, referral for treatment and aftercare

  • Allergies/food reactions, GERD, reflux

  • Low milk supply, IGT

  • Pain with latch, nipple trauma, oversupply and premature infants.

  • Engorgement, mastitis, oversuppply


Scheduling with Beth

Appointments with Beth can be scheduled on her website or at the Andaluz front desk. All office visits will take place at our birth center.

Beth is currently available for in-house appointments on Thursday afternoons.

Beth is an independent provider and her services will be billed separately from your visits with the Andaluz midwives.

Beth accepts insurance and is in-network with many of the same insurance providers as the birth center. Contact Beth directly for insurance related questions.

Not an Andaluz client but looking for lactation support? No worries! You can still schedule an appointment with Beth, even if you have never been to the birth center before.
