Andaluz Waterbirth Center offers in-person, comprehensive Childbirth Education to help you prepare for a natural birth experience!

Our classes are open to anyone in the Portland area.

You do not have to be a client of the birth center to attend a class.

Essential Childbirth Class

This 4-hour childbirth class focuses on the experience of giving birth outside of the hospital. Learn the stages of labor and how partners can offer effective support.

For a more comprehensive experience, also register for the Comfort Measures class.

Set intentions for your labor through meditations and group discussion, learn helpful labor positions, practice coping techniques, and experiment with birth center tools.
